英語タイトルのREMEMBERING THE WAR DEADは「戦没者を追悼」です。
終戦から７３年を迎えた今年の８月１５日、およそ３１０万人の戦没者を慰霊する政府主催の全国戦没者追悼式が東京の日本武道館で行われ、遺族の代表をはじめとする多くの人々が参列しました。

The relatives of the war dead are growing old. About 80 percent who attended the ceremony are 70 or older.
To pass on the lessons from the war, students were invited to take part in the ceremony.

解 説
sincerelyは「心から、誠実に、真心こめて」という副詞です。ちなみに手紙の結びで、Sincerely (yours)は「敬具」として用いることができます。
causeは「原因、理由」、conflictは「争い、紛争」です。
