英語タイトルのTRUMP, KIM TO RESTART TALKSは「トランプ大統領とキム委員長が（非核化）協議を再開へ」という意味です。
アメリカのトランプ大統領が南北の軍事境界線にあるパンムンジョムで北朝鮮のキム・ジョンウン朝鮮労働党委員長と面会し、現職のアメリカ大統領としては初めて軍事境界線を越えて北朝鮮側に入りました。

ここでのwork outは「取り決める、練り上げる」という意味で、work out detailsは「詳細を詰める」です。
