The Iran-backed Houthi insurgents in neighboring Yemen released a statement saying that they carried out the attacks using a fleet of 10 drones.
U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is directly blaming Iran for the attacks. He tweeted on Saturday, saying Iran has launched "an unprecedented attack on the world's energy supply." He added that there is no evidence that the attacks came from Yemen.

disruptには「存続不可能にする、混乱させる」という意味があり、ここでは被害状況を表現しているため、「停止する、影響する」といった意味になります。
