英語タイトルのISILは、Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant「イラクとレバントにまたがる地域で活動するイスラミックステート（過激派組織ＩＳ）」のことで、TRUMP: ISIL LEADER IS DEADは「トランプ大統領によれば過激派組織ＩＳの指導者が死亡」という意味です。
アメリカのトランプ大統領はホワイトハウスで演説し、アメリカ軍の特殊部隊が過激派組織ＩＳの指導者を標的にした軍事作戦を実施し、バグダディ容疑者が死亡したと発表しました。

grandは「壮大な、豪華な、盛大な、豪壮な」という意味で、in grand styleは通常、軍事パレードなどに使います。このセンテンスのように使うことはまれですが、トランプ大統領らしい表現と言えます。
