英語タイトルのcompulsoryは「義務的な」という形容詞で、ITALY MAKES CLIMATE CHANGE EDUCATION COMPULSORYは「イタリアで気候変動の教育が義務化される」です。
温暖化対策を訴えるスウェーデンの活動家グレタ・トゥーンベリさんの運動をきっかけに、世界的に若者の間で地球温暖化への関心が高まる中、イタリア政府は来年９月から学校で気候変動に関する授業を義務化することを決めました。
