shrinkは「縮小する」です。反対は、expand「拡大する」です。
accelerateは「加速する」です。日本語では、自動車の速度を上げるときのペダルを、acceleratorから「アクセル」と呼んでいますが、英語では、日常的にはthe pedal、the gas、the gas pedalなどということが多いでしょう。

解 説
記者会見での右田彰雄副社長の言葉を英訳したものです。
look forwardは、多くの場合look forward to ...として、後ろに名詞または動名詞を続けて「～を楽しみにしている、（良いことを）期待できそうだ」などを意味します。右田社長は日本語で「将来を見据えた場合に」と発言しているので、この文脈ならlook aheadを使うこともあるでしょう。
come up with ...は、何かの問題に対する答え、解決策などを「見いだす、考え出す」という表現です。例えば、come up with an excuseなら「言い訳を思いつく」、come up with a name for the new productなら「その新製品の名前を考え出す」です。
